First time venturing into the 'non-beer' threads. Forgive me if this is the incorrect place, but it is more a discussion on a commercial beer than homebrewing.
I opened a Montucky Cold Snack again last night, it's been a while. Why do i like that beer so much? It's a very basic bud/miller/coors taste. I would call it a lawnmower beer- great when you just want a refreshing, non-heavy beer.
Here is why i ask: do i like it more because it appears to come from a craft brew background? I shudder at that thought, as i am not above a B/M/C beer if the time is right (or if it is free. Or mostly if it is all that is available).
I do feel like cold snack has a good balance of hops to malt. Maybe just a little touch more flavor than a b/m/c.
Anyone else like Cold Snack? Hate it? Indifferent?
