Just wanted to share my experience with Kveik yeast, I brewed double IPA and pitched at 95f no oxygen.
12 hours in at 95f
Went Christmas shopping and decided to drop it to 88f after reading on how quickly it take off and my fermentation was lacking. 4 hours later I had this thing going.
What has been everyone experience with this yeast at higher temps.
