Oh Man! I forgot to mix the wheat with the barley before running it through my mill!

10 gal batch:

2 TBS PH 5.2 Stabilizer (Mash 60.0 mins)

10 lbs Wheat, Red (Cargill) (2.9 SRM)
9 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM)
8 lbs Munich Malt (9.0 SRM)
2 lbs Caramel Malt - 80L (Cargill) (80.0 SRM)
0.5 lbs Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM)

2 oz Perle [8.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min
1 oz Hallertauer [4.80 %] - Boil 10.0 min

Yeast Nutrient (Boil 3.0 mins)
2 Pkgs Munich (Lallemand #- )

Darn near burned out my good DeWalt corded drill!

Ground to a stop when I hit the wheat, had to empty the hopper, restart the drill, and feed ever so slowly!

Gonna mash in the mornin!

Are you planning on adding any rice hulls to this batch? I have never just ground wheat grains to know if they get more finely ground on their own compared to being ground with other grains.

Nope,
The wheat is under 50% of the grain bill.
I've done this recipe a couple of times and never had a stuck sparge.
(I batch sparge)

I have a hard time with wheat. Well at least I did. Replacing cooler and manifold with rubber coated keg and false bottom. Very exciting!
