So Im making a batch of wheat beer for my friends who most likely don't drink dark beers, or hoppy beers, or whom have grown accustomed to Miller / Bud.
I have it in a secondary, for either dry hops or Coriander seeds, or Nothing.
Any suggestions? I think all I have right now is Liberty Hops. The recipe says coriander seeds soaked in vodka...
