The title says it all. Looking for my next kit to brew and think I'll do one more kit before putting together my own recipe. 5-6 gallon batch.

Not looking for anything crazy bitter, but love lots of hop flavor and aroma.

Coooers ipa jut it's pretty good. I use my own hop additions. And add anywhere from a pound of two of lme. I also do additional hop even though the cans are or pre hopped.

Austin Homebrew Supply has a great anniversary IPA that they run at a sale price from time to time. My SG was 1.068 and it fermented out to a FG of 1.014.

Wasn't able to find that kit. Found a pale ale at that price.

Got a link? Thanks!

It's been discontinued as of last night. I had it saved on my wishlist and now shows discontinued:mad:

One that doesn't include the word "kit".

For a 5 gallon batch of great, affordable Extract IPA, just buy fresh:

7 oz. American High Alpha Hops (60/10/0/Dryhop schedule)
7 lbs. Light DME (half added at flameout)
1 lb. Corn Sugar (13.5 oz. at flameout, 2.5 oz. saved for carbing)
1/2 lb. Crystal 40 (steeped for 30 min at 150-155) F
1 pkt Safale US-05 (ferment at 65 F)
