I bought some of this stuff http://www.steensyrup.com/Merchant2...de=STEENS&Product_Code=SS13&Category_Code=SYR b/c it tastes less acidic? than molasses, but I can't find the fermentablility anywhere. I read on another thread that it's 75% fermentable, but I can't find anything to back that up.
