I recently brewed a German Helles using WLP-833 Bock yeast. I plan to harvest the yeast for re-use for a couple more brews. I plan to brew a Miabock with it, but trying to figure out what to brew in between. I was thinking about a Vienna Lager, but not sure if the yeast will work well with the style. I've brewed for many years, but i'm very inexperienced with Lagers and looking for some suggestions. I have plenty of Hallertaur Mittelfruh, GR No. Brewer, Magnum, and a little Perle hops.
