what the hell happend to me Apflewien

so I bottled some Apflewien a week and a half ago. 1.5 gallons of it I backsweatend with the Raspberry Crystal light, made it a nice Red color and tasted great.

opened it up. it did carb so there isn't a chemicle preventing bottle prime. but its now...GREEN...



it tastes great still...but just wierd the color totally changed on me.
