so curious i'm thinking about sending off my weizencidre to a local homebrew competition for fun. what style would it fall under?
rough recipe
Wheat LME 3.3lb
very lightly hopped (forget what hops without being at home)
and aprox 4.8 gallons of apple juice
it was a 6 gallon batch
