If I had to pick from one of those, I'd actually go with the Moose Drool clone

Beer!

I just tried Moose Drool last weekend and it was interesting. A nice take on Brown Ale. Obviously you like it or you wouldn't wish to brew it. Man, of the three you listed, I'd pick wit, personally. Everyone's tastes are different.

Depends when ya wanna drink it---wits, traditionally being a nice summer beer. Brown Ale, good winter beer, dunkel, good winter/spring beer.

That's my two cents.
And then I'd second "IPA!" haha.

Went with the Dunkel today. Nailed my mash temp a 152 for the full 60 minutes for the first time ever. Approaching 5 minutes left in the boil, pre-boil efficiency was registering at >80% for the first time ever. For someone whom does a mash-in-the-bag this is EXCELLENT!

Thanks to Brewmaster's Warehouse for the extra fine crush. Lovin' it!
