I make beer using 2.5 kegs at a time. For that half keg (1/6th) I have just been using to drink myself and taste over time. What I do is I tap it, drink a glass or two, then untap it until I drink it again.

Do I need to take any precautions when I do this? Like won't doing this affect the carbonation of the beer and gradually make it flat? Do I need to crank up the pressure for a few minutes before untapping the keg?

Thank you for the help! :mug:
