What keeps these from coming unplugged?

Looking at a controller with these connections. What keeps them from coming out? They're on the bottom of the box. I don't want something that ends up being a pain in the rear.

Two out of three, anyway - and the important ones, I suppose.
The three pin probe receptacle (mini XLR?) looks like friction retention but the plug may have some kind of latch...

Think twist-lock.

Oh....ok. It doesn't really look like the shape of the spades would support a twist lock mechanism. I used to work in a hospital where we had anti spark hubbel twist lock plugs and they were radically different (but also only 120V). Looking at them, the twist lock aspect was obvious.
 
Those are L6-30 power plugs, the L stands for locking

They lock in place when twisted.

The temp probe has a small detent that locks it in place
