What is this called and where can I find it? Bru Burner part

So I just got in my new Edelmetall Bru Burner and my brother was putting this part on and it said "hand tighten and then make 1-1.5 additional turns with a wrench."
Needless to say, it broke off within a half a turn. I have taken this part to Lowes, Home Depot, Ace Hardware and no one can help me out.
Does anyone know what this is called and where I can get another one? Not broken, of course.

That looks to be the shut-off valve and orifice combination and I'm sure you'll only get a replacement from where you purchased it or the manufacturer. I would assume by the break that you put the wrench on the larger hex surface to tighten.
