What goes well with DME briess light Pilsen?

Quick background:
I'm a rookie brewer. I live in a dry country so access to ingredients is difficult.

out of the few DMEs/LMEs I tried. I think I like Briess Light Pilsen the best. What hops/yeast/specialty grain/years goes well with it?

I'm limited to quantity of 1 of each (i.e. 1 type of hops, one lb of specialty grain etc.)

My first thought is one of the noble hops, lager yeast and some Vienna or light Munich.

I would also go with a noble hop and a lager yeast, assuming you can control the fermentation temperature schedule of a lager. Or look up a recipe for a California Common.

In reality the possibilities are close to endless.
