Looking to setup a 5 gallon keg in my office finally!

The question is what do I need to buy? I need to know the right hoses, taps, suggestions on fridge etc. If anyone can give me a few good links I would greatly appreciate it!! My goal is to order it all this evening/tmrw.

Thanks!

Just get a kegerator with ball lock connections and make sure to buy a ball lock keg. You could also go pinlock, I prefer ball lock. Whatever you do just make sure the equipment matches.

5lbs CO2 tank
Appropriate regulator (I don't like taprite's gauges, they don't seem to hold up in the fridge as I had two in which the guages bent because of the cold)

If you are just looking for a basic configuration, this would work great: http://www.birdmanbrewing.com/keg-kit-standard-homebrew/

Lots of other options, of course, which you can check out here: http://www.birdmanbrewing.com/keg-kits/

You may be able to build your own and buy the parts piecewise for cheaper. You will need:

Fridge that can fit desired amounts of kegs
Keg
Beer line, 3/16" (~10 feet to start and size form there)
Gas line, 5/16" (~5 feet)
quick disconnects that fit your keg type
co2 tank (most prefer 5# tanks)
co2 regulator
keg shank
keg faucet and post

Those parts should you get a basic diy kegerator and there are many diy guides on this forum and other sites. You can obviously add optional goodies such as drip trays, or fancy faucet posts

+1 to the Birdman. Brian helped get me set up with my 3-faucet keezer and is a great vendor to deal with. Excellent prices too. I priced it both piecemeal and as a complete setup from Birdman. The complete setup was a better deal, especially when you consider shipping.

BTW - Upgrade to Perlick 525SS faucets and all SS shanks. You'll be glad that you did.
