What did I just buy?

So I just picked up a box of kegging supplies of craigslist. Paid $100 and got home to figure just what I got my self into. So many things were not even listed on the post so imagine my surprise when I priced everything out and it came out to and almost $600 value! I have a small problem with on of the pieces I received in the box. Not exactly sure what I can or should be using it for. here is a link to it.

I need someone smart out there to give me some info on this product. Thanks in advance

That is what it says it is: a 65 psi water regulator. I imagine it limits the pressure on the outlet side to no more than 65 psi. How it would be used probably has nothing to do with homebrewing.
