What can I make with this?

Digging through the cabinet and this is what I found. Would like to use most of it to make something.

3.3 Bavarian Wheat pure base malt extract
1lb plain dark DME
1 lb plain wheat DME
1/4 lb chocolate
1/4 lb roasted barley
1/4 lb 90L
1 oz German Tettnang
1 oz German Perle

Any ideas for a recipe?

Maybe a 3 gallon batch of a red colored wheat beer.

3.3 lbs of wheat extract
l lb of wheat DME
4 gallons of water

steep 1/4 lbs Crystal 90 - remove before 170F

0.5 oz Perle @ 60
0.5 oz Tettnang @ 15
0.5 oz Tettnang @ 5
0.5 oz Perle @ Flameout

What yeast do you have?
