Yes, no sharing!!

Actually it's just cider bought from the store but this is the first time I use cider specific yeast.

I used to always use champagne yeast but I think it just attenuates too high and you lose all the Apple flavor.

With cider yeast I found that you actually maintain the apple presence... Which is the onepo.
