It's good- but it's interesting. Not sure what I am tasting. Don't really get the melon or the coconut. It's kinda citrusy. It's just kinda different. Wish I could find a cashmere or a comet smash to really get a line one these hops. Was planning on growing both this year

My last bottle of Coopers family secret amber ale. When I found out that it stopped fermenting at 3,2% I almost poured the whole thing down the drain and now it's all gone Only the last few bottles developed a proper head after over a month of bottle conditioning. Turned out it's so good I'm actually planning to brew a new batch and thinking should I rather under pitch or under sugar to get it to stay a session beer Kind of like table beer but better! Awesome bitterness with slightly sweet finish. Yum!
