I've not brewed it. But I've brewed my RIS several times and several ways (barrel-aged, home-roast coffee - somewhat like Founders, etc.). You have the recipe available? Thanks in advance.

Yes two of them, from the brewer. One is kbs, other is normal. I used powdered cocoa, bakers semi sweet and starbucks cold brew at kegging. The people of Starbucks were cool to me and gave me 16 ounces of cold brew no ice. I did not like it when I put coffee in at flame out and dry hopped coffee. I let the dry hop coffee sit too long, I wouldn't let it go more than a couple days. The kbs has directions for bourbon and wood chips in recipe directions, not listed in ingredients. Cheers

It's this Hard Lemonaid recipe, just substitute w/limeaide. Generic is fine. Also, I convert it to 4.5gal batches. 8cans, .5lbs DME, 1lb corn sugar, 1pkg-EC1118 yeast. Back sweeten with 3 cans and 2.5-3 cups sugar and keg. I cold crash and add potassium sorbate also.
