Taste good was hoping for more color from the watermelon. Had a faint aftertaste if watermelon so that's cool

We typically do a week vacation at SWMBO sister's house and then the wife visits friends for a second week.
This year I can't go with her and kids due to work and need to save vacation for other family vacation later in the year. She still wanted to do the trip, so I'm bachelor and she has kids for next 10 days...
