Niiice. 1/2 oz per quart was too much IMO. Drinkable but pretty bitter with the sour. I'll be dialing it back down to 1/4 oz going forward.
I used an ounce in a gallon so I think you'll be happy at that ratio

As a general rule, I can count on Ballast Point to put out good stuff, so I didn't have any qualms about doing a double pour for my first time with this one. It was a good choice.
