I just kicked a keg of a simple lager (80/20 2row/corn) with sonnet myself. On the fence if I’d use them again or not. Very enjoyable, though.

Sparkling Mandarin Orange Melomel only 7 weeks old. Fermenting at 15 psi. Awesome nose with definate Orange blossom honey flavor. Still too sweet for the semi dry I going for. I just have to leave it alone for about 4 more months.

HB IPA. Yeah thats an old mug. At least 25 years old. This mug was given to me by a friend after the Broncos beat the Packers in the Superbowl 1998. The Broncos were the other team that lost 4 superbowls back then. I especially remember the Denver / San Francisco game where the Broncos lost 55 to 10. I was so happy when Elway and Terrell Davis finally won one.

Disco Legs DWCIPA by local Banded Peak Brewing. This is a winner! Not boozy at all for 8.1%, and even though the IBU says 90, it isn't very bitter. Very nice! This one has finalized my next recipe...now to get some hops&grain!
