I rounded the weights to nice, even numbers:
Grain Bill
9 lb. Pilsner
4 lb. Vienna
1/2 lb. Crystal 40
Misc. Bill
1 lb. Orange Blossom Honey @ flameout
1/4 tsp All Spice @ 5 min.
fresh orange zest from 4 oranges @ 5 min. (I use a 3" tea ball)
Hop Bill
1/2 oz. Columbus @ 60 min.
1/2 oz. Crystal @ 20 min.
Mash at 150*F.
Boil for 90 minutes.
Ferment at 68*F. WLP008 has become my house yeast. If you use something drier like US-05 on Notty, mash at 152*F.
Carbonate it high.
