im new in this brewing art and i have a question about the progress of my first try of brewing some hard apple cider.
i use un galon of 100% great value apple juice.
one cup of raw cane sugar
and lalvin yeast.
it have less than 24 hours fermenting with alot of airlock activity, i made another two jugs but using standar sugar.
the problem is that the Raw sugar cane jug smells like "dirty dipper" :C
the another two jugs smell good with a fruit touch, but this one smell very bad, is that Jug of cider wasted???
