i have a project im working on and need a heating element of pretty specific dimensions that im having a hard time finding... anyone ever seen something that fits this description?

-4000+ watts 240v
-less than 9 inches long; 7-8 inches long preferable
-fold-back or coil style preferable; strait would also work though, i just want more surface area
-screw-in type, or epoxy potted thru-hole (not flange mount)
-does not have to be low density, will not be in contact with wort

i have a spiral/coiled 4kW spa heater element i bought to test. it might be OK, its just very short (4.5") and i would like something that spreads the heat out over a larger area of water.

any tips? thanks.

this may not be suitable for your needs, but have you considered either:

standard kettle (like the kind for tea) elements x 4.
mounting a normal water heater element vertically
