That's waaaay too much victory if you ask me. I'd lower it to about 5% of the grist. It will also dry out the beer, not sure if you want it dry, and you don't have any crystal to balance it out and give the beer body, head retention, balance, etc. Just my tastes but I'd adjust it to something like this....

85% base malt
10% crystal malt
5% victory


If you want more complexity use a combo of base malts, my favorite being a maris otter and Munich mix. To add even more depth you can layer the crystal. So for example...

45% maris otter
40% Munich
5% crystal 80
5% crystal 40
5% victory
