Some ingredients in my head Ive been wanting to make an IPA with....just put this together.

unamed IPA - American IPA

Batch Size: 11.000 gal
Boil Size: 12.500 gal
Boil Time: 1.000 hr
Efficiency: 65%
OG: 1.069
FG: 1.016
ABV: 6.9%
Bitterness: 64.4 IBUs (Tinseth)
Color: 11 SRM (Morey)
Mash 152 for 60 min
Yeast WLP001

23 lbs Golden Promise
4 lbs Munich Malt
1lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L
8 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 120L
2lbs Cara-Pils/Dextrine

2 oz Centennial
1 oz Centennial @ 20
1 oz Summit 17.0% @ 15
2 oz Amarillo @ 10
2 oz Cascade @ 5
2 oz Cascade Dryhop
2 oz Amarillo Dryhop
1 oz Summit Dryhop

That's gonna be way to malty for an IPA IMO... 3.5#'s crystal AND 4#'s Munich AND Golden Promise? Unless you like your IPA's really malty/sweet, 11% crystal malts is a little much. I would at least drop the C-pils...

Looks a bit malty for my personal tastes but I say brew it. Be sure to comment when you have tasted the final product.
