My wife is nuts for this twisted tea stuff
and i'm wondering if anyone has been able to brew something that would compare?
I'm pretty new to brewing... so i'm not sure where to start with this...
I'm thinking brewing a very sweet 3 gal batch of ice tea and throwing some ale yeast in it for a month or so
Any tips or pointers out there?
would adding 1/2lb or so of dry light extract be beneficial?
