I have a Belgian Tripel which is coming to fruition and need to bottle it. I have brewed the batch 2 other time and I normally keg but this one I would like to compete with. I added 14 oz of orange blossom honey to this 4.75 gallon batch at light out and think I might be able to use more honey for my secondary fermentation (bottle conditioning). Has anyone attempted this? My FG is 1.008 and I would like this to be carbed a bit above average. How much honey should I add? How much water should I mix it with before adding it to my bottling bucket? Is this a cruddy idea, should I just stick to priming sugar?

Any update? Anyone else keg condition with honey? I Just split a batch after primary fermentation and will condition one part with honey and one with dextrose.
