I live in Ohio, and we had pretty soggy spring, and my first year rhizomes didn't have the dry time to start growing. My question is, is it too late to buy some rhizomes and start them? Thanks!

If you want hops this year, yah probably. If you want even more hops next year, start them up now. Of course, you were not going to get hops this year anyway.
Not selling to a business but Great Lakes Hops are pretty dang near a guarantee to grow. They sell plants, not rhizomes.

+1 on Great Lakes Hops. I got my hop plants from them. As previously said, you really won't get any hops this year, but at least they can start getting established and you'll have a jump on next year.
