To dump or not

I had a porter in fermentation and went to transfer to keg and this is what I found. I used sal-04 and kept it at 67 degrees. It smells and tastes good but don't want to make anyone sick.... i should note it's been fermenting for a month which isn't normal for me. It's been busy. Looks fine to me. Just yeast floating on the top. You may want to clean and sanitize the rim of the bucket and the lid and put it back on loosely so no bugs drop in while you're preparing for packaging.

Have you taken a hydro test and tasted it? Should be pretty clear too after a month.

Not yet but it tastes good. I'll carb and see how it goes.

I suspect that's actually just dried krausen resting on the surface.
So, proteins, long carbs 'n' stuff with some yeast corpses mixed in.
Should be good to go...

You won't make anyone sick, even if it is infected.

Unless you drink too much of it, you might start puking and have a massive headache the next day.
