I would suggest simplifying even further. That seems like way too much crystal malt (almost 22%) to me and may wind up under-attenuated, flabby and too sweet. I do admit I'm neither an amber brewer or drinker but you are also on the high end of IBUs. I'd suggest using some darker base malt in the mix, German 10L Munich, cut out the 10L crystal, cut back on the 77L crystal and drop the chocolate back to one ounce.

75% pale
20% German Munich 10L
5% Crystal 77L
1 ounce chocolate malt

A very good amber can be made with up to 15% crystal malt, but I agree that this recipe has too much. I like the "layered" crystal malts with some dark and light crystal as that gives depth to the flavor, but the quantity is too much.

Thanks for the advise Yooper/BigEd. I have already brewed this one up but I do plan on taking the advise for my next brew and then taking a side by side comparison of the beers.

Hoping this beer isn't too sweet. Cheers.
