This afternoon, straight from brewing a batch of dunkel lager to cooking a steak sous vide, all on the same single vessel E-BIAB rig. Well, I did decide to go ahead and flush it all of the muck out before refilling with fresh water for the meat (now cooking @ 131F).
It would only be fitting to have a good brew with the steak.
