Hi Guys,

I've just tasted one of my young pale ales that I bottled 10 days ago, the flavour is amazing and I'm very happy with this beer but I noticed that when I was drinking it, there was a flavour almost like I had put a little bit of lemonade in the beer or made a shandy out of it, the hop taste was definitely there but the lemonade taste was very subtle in the background.

As I said I'm not at all unhappy with the taste I just wondered if anyone else had experienced this before?

it might still be a bit "green" or young. table sugar can also cause a bit of a cidery taste which is a bit like what you describe
