60 g Willamette (leaf) for 5 minutes

Adjuncts
Soaked 200g oak chips in 500 mL of Bulleit Rye Whiskey for 2 days, then added chips and whiskey to fermentation vessel after fermentation completed.

ABV: 4.94%

Bottling
Sheet filtered and force carbonated.

Notes
Very dry and light, slightly bitter with a pronounced whiskey and oak character. The FG ended up a bit lower than I was hoping for, so there's not much body or sweetness. It's a very interesting beer, if I end up making it again I'd probably try to end the fermentation a bit earlier or add some maltodextrin to keep a bit of the mouthfeel and maltiness intact.
