So my first legit brew-question in the last year:

I have a dual-tap kegerator with a ball-joint connection and a Corny keg connection (so I can run either type of keg). Up to this point, when it comes to cleaning the lines (which is a ridiculous amount of work), I've been wondering if there's an easier way than my current method (which is only capable of cleaning whatever lines the Corny is connected to, simply because I can't find a way to clean lines connected to a ball-joint). Is there some kind of diverting unit that would connect all 4 ins/outs or a way to put sanitizer in a ball-joint keg?

I assume you mean ball-lock?

Chi company sells manifolds precisely for this purpose, but they are expensive. You can find it on their site.

Bobby_m also sells a liquid-liquid fitting he had manufactured that could do what you want.

The other method is to use unions to connect and make loops.
