I'm still learning so go easy. I am brewing an apple concentrate at 25c what can I do to it to increase the sweetness and add in a raspberry flavor before I keg and carb?

Let it ferment out to dryness, then add k-meta and k-sorbate and wait. Backsweeten with a sugar/raspberry mix.

I made a batch using apple-raspberry concentrate. You could do what is suggested above and add the concentrate to sweeten and add rasp flavor. You could also buy raspberry extract and sweeten with sugar.
