Greetings!
Just want to share a quick hint. At the end of my brew days, I've been getting my kettle free of any dirt or debris with normal methods, then using a just barely wet washcloth, I add a bit of undiluted StarSan to the inside. Rub it all around the inside and apply a bit of pressure to any darker spots. Give it about 5 minutes to rest, then rinse it right off with hose water. Boom, super shiny stainless.
Let it air dry to passivate, and you're done! Works on the inside and outside on the most stubborn of grit and grime.
Cheers!
