Hello,

It's been forever since i've brewed. My house has been about 95 degrees constant so fermenting anything was outright impossible at the time. It was a constant sauna haha. Summer's over, the cold is coming in. I have a pile of ingredients and not a clue what to make.

I'm in school for the next four months so I dont really want to buy more ingredients. Curious with this list of ingredients what anyone might suggest I make. I'd like something a little more on the brown side, with some nice flavor. Been drinking a lot of pale ales lately and need a break from hops.

I've got plenty of 2row
10lbs pilsner
10lbs maris otter
about 5 lbs wheat
Crystal 10,20,40
Chocolate pale malt
honey malt
vienna
carapils
flaked oats

For hops i've got at least 2 oz of each
cascade
hallertauer traditional and mittelfruh
perle
amarillo
cluster
williamette
summit
goldling
centennial

coriander/bitter and sweet orange peel.
 
I've been thinking of going with this.

8lbs Maris Otter
.5 Vienna
.5 Chocolate
.5 Honey
1lb Crystal 40
7 oz brown sugar the last 5 minutes of boil

Not sure about what hops to use. Thinking Williamette and goldling
