ok im running out of ideas on what to brew, i got a basement so my fermentation stays at around 60. im thinking i would like to brew a style that i haven't brewed before, this is what i have brewed recently:

Amber Ale
Apricot honey Hefiwizen
christmas spiced brown Ale
Oatmeal Stout
Red Ale
Samuel Smith Nut Brown clone
scotch Ale
porter
vanilla porter
Brown Ale

as you can see i like beer more on the malty side and not as much the hoppy side. i have been trying to thinking of a good summer fall beer that still could ferment if it gets around 70 in the basement.

Brew an APA. Theyre a great intro into the world of hoppy brews for someone who doesn't love hop bombs

well i decided to do a partial mash Old Ale, but making a Saison is coming soon

Black IPA would be a nice medium inbetween malty and hoppy. You'll get all the malt that you like in the beers you've been brewing, but a nice introduction into the realm of hoppier beers.
