Im looking for hopping suggestions on this braggot:
6 gallons
2.5 lbs Light Munich
.75 lbs Dark Munich
.75 lbs Honey Malt
.375 lbs Biscuit Malt
5 lbs Clover Honey
Fermented with S-05.
I want it to have some noticeable hop flavor, but I dont want the hops to dominate the flavor. I am shooting for OG between 1.05 and 1.055, I do full boil but in 2 pots (a little more than 3.5 gallons initial boil volume in the pot that I hop). So I know hopping rates will have to be upped compared to full boil in one pot. What sounds good to you guys?
