Storing Crushed Grain

How long can you store crushed grain if it is kept in a sealed container in a cool location?

If it is sealed air tight in a cool humidity controlled environment I would think it could last months.

Crushed grain can last for 6 month in their bag. Said by a malt supplier =)

Thanks for the feedback. I don't have a mill yet and was wondering how long I could keep the grain I get from my LHBS.
