Ok...my brew is carbed up nicely( ipa and irish ale).....4 weeks @70f....so now the question is ....do I move it to the lower(and cooler) portion of my house like the crawlspace 60 to 65 f....or leave it where it is at @ 70f..or does this fall into the "dont worry bout it catagory"?....thankx hop heads....Tom
 
Personally, I don't care for the higher temps. I like the 60-65 range much better. I've had better results.

If the beer is carbed up, it really shouldn't matter though.
 
The cooler they are, the slower they age. I would get those ipas nice and cold to lock in that hop flavor and aroma. I wouldn't worry too much about the red. If they're carbed up and taste good to you, there's no need to keep them warm.
