Stone IPA recipe question

A while ago I found a recipe for a Stone IPA clone. I jotted down the recipe and the hop schedule on my phone. I know this is going to be a big beer, but exactly how big?

13 lbs-2 Row Pale
1/2 lb-Crystal 10
1/2 lb-Crystal 20

1 oz-Magnum(75 min)
1-oz-Centennial-Flame out
2 oz-Dry Hop

I didn't get the gravity readings? So if anyone has a ballpark that would be helpful too.

Target F.G. = 1.010
Target ABV = 6.9 %
