Can you use Star San on a copper immersion chiller? I normally just submerge it for the last 15 minutes of the boil, but brewing outside today, just using star San on it would've easier.

Yes, been doing it for years, no problem whatsoever. I sanitize and put mine in at flameout.

Clean is clean, so I wash my cooler, rinse my cooler, star San spray my cooler, then get it in the boil pot for anything between 15&30 minutes I see enough off bugs and stuff on this forum, I don't want any of my own!
