I've been stalking the forum for a few months and finally decided to register. I've brewed 3 extract kits and two all grain homemade SMaSH recipes so far. Slowly gathering and upgrading. Still bottling, 15 gal cooler MT and HLT, 15 gal SS boil pot, immersion chiller (just got a counterflow and a pump is enroute), 10 cf freezer with temp control. As finances allow, plan on 15 gal MT and HLT and keg kit with refrigerator. Good to finally join in with you and hope I can add to the community.
