I have been using SSBrewtech 14gal conical fermenter for 2 years and 7.5" sight glass that I use for collecting yeast.

I was wondering
1. Who sells replacement gaskets for the sight glass. Mine turned yellow with regular CIP and once per year disassembly and cleaning with PBW. They look like clear silicone gaskets.
2. How often do you suggest to take SG apart and clean it ?
3. Any tips on putting SG back together, I always freak out when torquing those nuts
4. What is the procedure on cleaning/replacing 1.5" TC butterfly valve gaskets and how often those should be cleaned or replaced.

5. How often do you guys disassemble and clean/replace gaskets on any threaded connections in these fermenters, for example on sampling ball valve, hole plugs (2), thermowell.
I started getting diacetyl developed in kegs lately in about 50% of my beers, maybe it has something to do with my cleaning regimen.
