Spunding or Air Relief

Anyone have any experience with a spunding valve? I've seen these air relief valves like this but I'd like to find something that I can set a desired pressure, that bleeds off over a certain amount (what I consider a true spunding valve). I'd like to naturally carbonate in the keg. I know that I can measure out priming sugar and get the right level of carbonation, but I think it would be interesting to check/watch the pressure in the keg - I'll also know that my keg is sealed.
Anyone have any advice on the air relief valves? Anyone know where I could get a valve where I could dial in the max pressure?

Sure, there are at least different pressure relief valves listed in this thread. Grainger and McMaster are the primary sources.

A commercial version used to cost around $150.00, all stainless.

Appreciate the responses. Claudius, do you know the McMaster part number?

I've thought about using the bleeder valve with this PV Valve pointed out by lamar but the McMaster part would be cheaper I believe.
