Hi, im wondering if anyone has a good 10 gallon split batch saison recipe to suggest? looking to do a nice saison for 5 gal and the second 5 gal i have a wyeast 9097 farmhouse ale cake to throw the wort onto. also wondering if i should let the second 5 gal ferment with a saison yeast for a few days then throw the 9097 on? thanks for the input!

once per year i do 10 gallons of the dupont recipe.
1/2 on the dupont yeast
1/2 on a brett saison yeast
